the new guest experience
the beginning
Your experience starts with booking one of the 8 new guest services listed and choosing your stylist. Once we have received your appointment, you'll soon receive back a confirmation message for your appointment and our new guest experience text message with lots of FAQ’s. You are also welcome to call one of our salon concierge team members for more information about us and what we offer or if you prefer a phone call over technology.arriving at the salon
Plan to arrive 5 minutes early so that you can find parking without rushing, and enjoy a cup of coffee or tea as you are welcomed into our relaxing lounge area. Becoming Hair Studio is located in the Starbucks plaza just off Bayview Ave.
the glam effect
This is when the magic happens. We will start with an in depth consultation about your hair goals & dreams, we even want to know about your hair nightmares! After we solidify a plan, your stylist will get to work. We use top of the line hair products (L’Oreal, Pureology and Kerestase) to ensure healthy, gorgeous results. We will chat during your session on how to maintain & style your hair at home if you would like more information on the products we used for you specifically.elevated experience
While you spend time with us, we want to elevate your experience by offering complimentary refreshments that include snacks, seasonal beverages, water, coffee, and tea. Warm steamy towels and aromatherapy for you to relax during your shampoo, and phone chargers and wifi are always available for you too.
the finish
We will finish your appointment with a complimentary style which can include beach waves or curls if you choose. We also love an instagram worthy photo shoot of your glamorous new look, with your permission of course! Any color formulation is stored in our data base which will be waiting for you when you return. Product recommendations are available for purchase and the confidence boost that you'll have is all yours!
