I have had the privilege of working for Susann for the past seven years. She is not only my boss but also a friend who takes the time to listen to new ideas, struggles or even just to listen. She is also incredibly ambitious, motivated and completely dedicated to her business, the studio and her team. I dont think her mind ever rests or sleeps!! Susann also has a fun and silly side when the occasion calls for it (please dont ask her to dance - lol). She is a generous soul who I not only consider a friend but also respect her as my boss.

I started working at Becoming Hair Studio as a beginner stylist in 2016. At the time I was looking for a place I could grow both financially and technically. Intimidated at first by the level of stylists, Susann helped me focus on the small daily wins. With her support for ongoing education, monthly one-on-one’s and regular staff meetings I was provided a clear path to my goals. I have surpassed all my original expectations and continue to push the limits. I am proud to say I have become the stylist I always dreamed I could be.
