We would like to share some new and important COVID-19 guidelines that will be strictly enforced in order to offer a safe experience for both our staff and our guests.
All clients and staff will be screened to ensure everyone is healthy enough to enter the salon. This will include such questions as:
• have you had any COVID-19 symptoms over the last 14 days?
• have you been around anyone that has exhibited cover 19 symptoms in the last 14 days?
• have you traveled outside of the country in the last 14 days?
All appointments will be made over the phone to ensure we book the appropriate times and inform everyone of all the new safety guidelines. The online booking option has been turned off for now.
All appointments will be confirmed only by phone.
We will be adhering to a strict 24-hour cancellation policy with credit cards reserving 3 + hour appointments. We are in high demand and want to ensure we give our staff and clients amble time fill in canceled appointments.
Arriving for your appointment
Please come alone. We have to adhere to strict social distancing protocols and do not have extra seating available for friends or family.
Please do not arrive early – our waiting room is closed.
Please TEXT 289-796-3666 when you arrive at the salon and we will text you back when your stylist is ready to take you.
Beverages, magazines and charging stations will not be available for use.
We also might take your temperature with a touchless infrared thermometer — don’t worry its really cool:)
Wearing a mask is a must !!!
Wear a mask to your appointment. We will not service any clients who are not wearing a mask the entire time in the salon. This is an non-negotiable.
During your appointment
All appointments will be extended to ensure a thorough consultation and health screening check as well as extra time needed to disinfect before and after each client.
Stand alone blow dry appointments will not be offered at this time. As soon as we have all our colours and cuts caught up, we will be able to offer this again.
Blow-dries will be allowed as part of a colour and/or cut service.
After your appointment
If you need any retail products – please ask your stylist or receptionist for assistance.
We highly recommend pre-booking your next appointment to ensure we can accommodate your future requests. Please be advised that they might need to be rescheduled slightly as our stylist schedules may change.
